regulation.zone
about

a quiet place to settle.

regulation.zone is a quiet place for your nervous system — a small, free library of ways to come back to yourself when the day has carried you somewhere uncomfortable.

We made this because nervous systems get loud sometimes. Not in dramatic ways — often quietly. A tight jaw. A shallow breath. The feeling of being a little far from your body. None of it is a problem to be fixed. But sometimes a small thing can help you settle.

Tap once. A way to try appears. That's the whole app.

how to use it

However you'd like. You might try one thing and put your phone down. You might tap through three. You might come back tomorrow. There are no streaks. There's nothing to finish. The app is complete after one tap.

what's inside

Eighteen small practices, gathered into six gentle groups:

You can browse them all, or just tap and see what arrives.

what this isn't

regulation.zone is not therapy. It is not a substitute for professional support. None of these practices will fix anything — they are small, gentle things that some people find helpful.

If you are in crisis, or things feel beyond what an app can hold, please reach out to a real person. A doctor, a therapist, a crisis line, a friend.

Regulation is not the absence of feeling. It is having a little more room around the feeling.
